Submit My Case

You can submit your case for review if it meets the following criteria.

We do assist:

• Those who are currently in prison with sentences of death or 20+ years.
• Those who had absolutely no involvement in the crime for which they were convicted.
• Both DNA and non-DNA cases.

We do not assist:

• Self-defense, accidental death, or parties to crime cases.
• Misdemeanor cases.
