A long-time resident of Austin, Texas, Jean Ragland is a Certified Public Accountant and owns her own accounting firm, Ragland CPA Group, in Lakeway, Texas. Her firm offers bookkeeping, accounting and consulting to businesses of all sizes and tax preparation for individuals, as well as all business entities. Jean is also a principal of Red Hat Association Management and Red Hat Event Management. Red Hat provides back-office support and a complete range of strategic and operational management services to non-profit organizations. On the event side, Red Hat plans, oversees and runs events of all types and sizes, again with the focus being on non-profit organizations. Jean is also co-owner of a home health pediatric care agency. She has volunteered for many charities that benefit children’s causes and animal rescue. Upon hearing of Proclaim Justice’s mission, Jean decided to lend her skills and experience to help free victims of wrongful conviction. Jean is a graduate of Baylor University and currently lives in the Lakeway, TX area.
