A graduate of The University of Texas School of Law and a 40-year resident of Austin, Texas, Jane Shaw Lewis is a retired volunteer attorney. She has been working on the Saul Contreras case since June 2020 and has been speaking with him weekly since early 2021. Jane is very sympathetic to the plight of the wrongly incarcerated and would like to see a vehicle created whereby cases like Saul’s can be reviewed for the truth without taking decades of time and hundreds of thousands of dollars.
