Jason Baldwin was released from prison in August 2011 after serving more than 18 years in Arkansas for crimes he did not commit.  He is currently pursuing undergraduate studies with plans to continue on to law school; he aspires to couple his experiences with a formal education in order to help overturn and prevent wrongful convictions similar to his own.  In addition to his studies, Jason frequently travels the country advocating for the abolition of both the death penalty and juvenile life without parole, among other important justice issues.
