We just got the best Thanksgiving news! I got a call this morning from Tim, letting me know that late yesterday the Arkansas Parole Board has granted his parole. Tim is a completely innocent man who has spent twenty years in prison, about fifteen of which were on death row. While parole is not justice for an innocent man, we would much rather fight for his full exoneration with him on the outside than on the inside. The board voted 5-0 and, once his parole plan is approved, he’ll be released. We expect it to be in time for a big Christmas feast!
We will update on news as well as a Christmas wish list. Let’s make this one the best ever for him!
